Return & Replacement Policy
At OddBitts, each product is thoughtfully designed and produced in-house with a focus on precision, quality, and detail.
As all products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Damages & Issues
Every order is carefully packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Minor variations in texture, finish, or color are a natural result of the production process and are not considered defects
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or installation will not be eligible for replacement
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as each piece is processed and prepared individually.
